Due to the increasing digitalisation, technologicalisation and globalisation, companies are faced with many challenges. At the same time, these innovations are creating new opportunities. New products, process steps, production methods and innovative business models are emerging. Many of the existing business models are no longer up to date. Change is constantly being driven forward, which means that demand behavior and sales channels are also changing rapidly. The focus on a market and/or the adherence to a successful business model, in a time of constant change, can endanger the existence of the company.
Therefore, we investigate the opportunities offered by digitization and technology and conduct research on innovative strategy models. Our goal in developing these methods is to be able to search for new paths and business models and intelligent diversification in a structured way on the one hand, and to have the necessary flexibility for changes on the other.
